This is one of famous old captain’s houses, and since many sailors and captains lived in this area, there are a large number of 200 – 300 years old, well – kept and spacious houses, and this is precisely one of them.
House is 8 x 8 meters, and it consists of ground floor, two floors and high attic.
In front of the house there is 23 sq m storage for boats, which can be transformed into garage and even can be expanded on back side.

There is also one small piece of 300 sq m land without any access accept from this house, and the owners are interested in selling it too.
